Customer Service Representative JOB DESCRIPTION
General Summary: Provides customer service support to Fortune 500 Company’s by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction are maintained
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must Reside in the United States (Not Hiring in Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, or Oregon.)
Must be a US Citizen or legal resident
Must be willing to service a minimum of 15 hours per week

COMPUTER HARDWARE:
A desktop/tower computer with a separate monitor is recommended.
- 1.6 GHz Dual-core CPU (processor) or greater
- 4 Gigabytes of RAM or greater
- 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution
- 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p) is recommended.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
• Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organization’s internal
• Initiates required action for response to customer service requests for order changes, including the
maintenance of order/customer information files and communicates changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
• Ensures and provides quality service to external customers.
• Accesses the company’s internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports
